Every client is concerned with the bottom line but the work I do often has complex and unpredictable components. I have to determine accurately what it will cost to accomplish the work. My bids have been successful because the client usually knows that they are receiving the highest personal attention. You can ask my clients ." I am also not sure where I am on that scale . I am very impressed by several younger benders I have met. I think there is a resurgence of concern of quality. I have known senior benders who astound me with their graceful ease with which they handle neon." "Do you do think that the spiral of quality is going downward?" Greenberg : "The popularity of neon has always brought off those who want to flood the market with anything that lights . It has a disastrous effect on the neon business as well as the living environment. |
