Greenberg : "Yes and no. I have certainly bid competitively. Every client is concerned with the bottom line but the work I do often has complex and unpredictable components. Greenberg : "That's a tough one Dirk. I am also not sure where I am on that scale . I am very impressed by several younger benders I have met. I think there is a resurgence of concern of quality. I have known senior
benders who astound me with their graceful ease with which they handle neon."
"Do you do think that the spiral of quality is going downward?"
Greenberg : "The popularity of neon has always brought off those who want to flood the market with anything that lights . It has a disastrous effect on the
neon business as well as the living environment.
