Sounds like you're getting the right idea there, Ted, but a scope is a pretty
highfaluten way of doing this check. By the way, let me remind you about the
very telling scope trace in Miller's Neon Techniques that will impress you
permanently with the nature of this problem: Figure 4.8(d), in my 1988
paperback edition it's on p.58..This is a pretty old figure, so it's one of
those lost technology things to some of you.
