Yes - exactly. Someone writes a draft and puts it out for discussion and vote.
By-laws all have provisons for changes -- usually a 2/3 vote is required to
cahnge them.

I think these numbers are comparable to other associations. It was my intention
to run them up the flagpole to see if they would fly. Haven't heard any other
comments.

How could I forget initials. International Neon Fabricators Association would
give us "INFA". We need a contest or something.
