NEON- Phosporus paints...
List,
I responede to a Signshop's(in france) post on the Sign Web neon bullitin
board concrning
a phenomena he had which I belive to be a sign painted in phosphor paint,
and outlined
with blacklite tubes to make the paint glow.....
But anyway, I know that there are several artists out there who have used
phospaint, and blacklite tubes , and I was wondering if anyone knew where
there was a distributor of the
stuff....The Shop in france wants some, and I wouldnet mind getting some as
well.....
