Re: NEON- Slow Curves



These are a challenge.  There is an article on my site from Neon News 
on this subject.  7mm does make it rough.  My own 2 cents would be 
not to heat too high but just to where it begins to bend.  Work with 
as wide and short (but hot) a flame as possible.  Let it cool down sufficiently before 
the next heat.

I know the standard here is usually to move on to the next bend 
before it cools, but I find I have greater control with the above 
method.  Just be careful to anneal well so that you have a smooth 
transition point between each heated section.
