I cant agree more with the 
general populas. Why pay for broken glass unless that is what you ordered? 
Remember one very important thing...You are not refusing to pay, in fact you 
will happily pay your bill when you recieve what you ordered. The order was 
for full lenghts of glass was it not?LOL.
You WILL find help at other 
suppliers. If a product has to be drop shipped it really doesn't matter from 
whom the invoice is generated. Going out on a limb, I might even suggest 
asking for small quantities On-Line or consider the following... One local 
competitor is also a great comorade when it comes to one of us needing a few 
sticks....
