Wale Apparatus (800-444-WALE) sells a bag of 25 mouthpieces for $5, bag 
of 50 for $9.  My wife will only use these, but I like the way a glass 
one hangs in your mouth.

I like the really thin blowhose (1/8" x 1/16 wall, I think) and they will 
fit into this with some effort. 

My teeth have a telltale "V" where I keep the mouthpiece as well, so I 
think it's time to get used to them.
