Dave! I must have been out to lunch when you got in the discussion, or it was
before my time. You are the Dave from Tecnolux, now it dawns on me! Relax, I
am a big fan of your products, one of the first in my neigborhood to start to
use it and it remains one of the most favorite benefits of our work to
customers.

As I said, no complaint, it's absolutely incomparably great stuff, the
world's best. One of the only colors that can get through brown windows. We
find that the color with neon is far more attractive than with argon-merc,
much more, no comparison. You probably haven't had any complaints because
they don't have a customer like ours with a store full of it that runs it 24
hours a day, which has been running that way for 5 years. And anyway, who
really complains much anymore. It took ME 2 years to get around to telling
you about this. I am trying to give you some possibly useful feedback on
something you may not have heard yet. If you don't want it, fine.
May I humbly suggest that you bombard our tubes for better

You're kidding, right? Yeah, I get it. Don't get nasty, you are talking to
the best damn bombarding on either coast. We never have any problems of any
kind with any of your other colors, and we have used them all in every size.
Don't be a smart ass, was trying to give you some possibly useful feedback.
