When we do border tubes in classic colors, we charge $8.00/foot. If the customer supplies the glass and electrodes, we charge $4.50/foot to bend and pump. This is to a sign shop (we are a wholesale shop). Not all benders have the experience to work with colored glass and it can be quite time consuming even with experienced benders.
