Probably two ways:
1. Each convention center has a service desk(dept). Talk to them.
    get lists and contacts for upcoming shows.

2. The sponsors of each convention have contacts. For instance
   Miller Freeman sponsors the Embedded Engineering shows among others.
   Similarly ST sponsors the sign shows. Look in the trade rags for contacts.
    Just be upfront that you have a service you provide and would like
    info how to get info about that service in front of the vendors.

Your approach will depend on your sales technique.
Try teaming up with a someone else like a close copy center or a mailing 
place (like mail boxes R us )for mutual flyers etc.
